Works are complete! I’m pleased to announce that construction and landscape works will be complete this week for our latest release of The Ridge precinct, the area characterised by wide creek corridors and wetlands, The Ridge Stage 3. Access is now available through the newly opened Smiths Lane with our agents waiting to meet you at the Coral Vale Homestead sales office.
Final touch-ups are being complete across the site to prepare the latest half-acre sites for release next week. Included are some photos taken last week of the new spaces that we have created to share with you. However, as I prepare this update, Wongawilli and the wider Illawarra is receiving some significant storm events. It appears my wish for some rain to water the new plants has been overly awarded.
The project team is working as quickly as possible to clean up the areas for our release to remain on target next week. We appreciate your patience in our construction process and we know it will be worth the wait to see what The Ridge Stage 3 has in store. We look forward to meeting you at the new sales office and joining us for a walkover of these brand new sites.
