Welcome to the April Update for 2018. The Grove continues to grow, with the final works underway, you may have noticed the footpaths and streets trees being installed.
Alongside the park which we look forward to unveiling in the coming weeks, our landscaping contractors are hard at work repairing and restoring the riparian corridor between The Ridge and The Grove.
Stage 6 of The Ridge registered earlier this month, and we look forward to our new residents taking ownership of their home sites. Works are all finished up on the Stage 7 homes sites with our civil contractor, Glennos, and the landscape contractors finishing off some final works around the basins.
As the Vale DA has been approved by Wollongong City Council, we have now turned our attention to securing the Construction Certificate to get ready for civil works to commence shortly.
