Welcome to the December and final Development Update for 2017. As the year draws to close, construction at Vista Park is wrapping up for the Christmas period.
This year we saw the completion of the Grove Stages 3 & 4 to round out The Grove. Residents from Stage 1 & 2 are finishing their new homes and some already enjoying the Vista Park community. The Grove Parkland is well underway, this month saw the beginning of the planting and fencing with completion anticipated in February of next year.
The Ridge saw Stage 5 completed and registered as well as number of new homes and residents in Stages 3 & 4. The Ridge Stage 6 is almost ready to lodge with Wollongong City Council, we anticipate submitting the subdivision certificate early in the new year.
Over on Stage 7 construction is beginning to finish up. The footpaths are being laid, driveways have been formed up and we can expect all the home sites to be spray grassed before the Christmas break.
Both The Vale and the integrated development on Lot 129 in The Grove are still with council, we expect to have further updates early in the new year.
