Welcome to the first Development Manager’s update for 2018. It’s a new year and work has kicked off with the project team returning following a well-deserved break.
The construction of new homes has taken over at The Grove. Almost every home site is under construction and we look forward to welcoming new residents to the Vista Park community.
The Grove Parkland is nearing completion with some final works to be undertaken over the next month. The new play tower has been installed and the planting is finished.
The Ridge works are wrapping up on our final 2 stages. Stage 6 has been granted subdivision certificate, we anticipate lodging for registration next week! Over at Stage 7, works are finishing up with practical completion expected at the end of March. We're left with some final shaping work, basin completion and a few driveway crossings to complete the stage.
As we move into the last month of summer we expect the hot and dry conditions to continue. Watch this space for next month’s development update and more news on the first release of The Vale! Looking forward to a great 2018!
