The Ridge Stage 4 and The Grove Stage 1 are lodged for registration!
This month we're pleased to announce that the latest stages of Vista Park have been lodged for registration with the Land Titles Office. This is the final step in the subdivision process which generally takes 3-4 weeks and we hope to be in touch with our lucky Ridge Stage 4 & Grove Stage 1 buyers with news of registration very soon..
In construction news, The Ridge Stage 5 is well into the height of construction with roads nearly ready for asphalt, stormwater being installed within the home sites and down to the creek line (including a very large culvert), and service conduits completed. This will be a big stage for upgrading the creek between The Ridge and The Grove. We will be remediating this area by planting quite a few thousand native plants. In the coming months we will put together some photos of the creek to show you what it looks like now and what it's planned to achieve when this is your community in the coming years.
The Grove Stage 2 has rolled on smoothly after Stage 1 completion last month. Stage 2 is forecast to have a shorter construction programme than the previous stages and to be some of the quickest home sites available in Vista Park. For those of you who are keen to lock in a home site and build quickly, keep an eye out for the Stage 2 coming soon. We will be working hard to have your home sites delivered in only a few months after the Sales Release Day.
