Welcome to the March update for 2018.
At The Grove, more and more home constructions start every week as the community continues to grow. Our contractors, Glennos (civil) and RK Evans (landscaping), will be back onsite in the coming weeks to commence footpaths and street tree installation for Stage 1 & 2. The reason why we wait to install these is to avoid damage whilst many of the homes are under construction. This way the streetscape will feel fresher and give the trees the best chance to grow.
The Grove Park is edging closer completion with the new shelters currently being installed. There is anxious anticipation for the delivery of refurbished mining artefacts to site which is expected in April. Our landscapers will also begin creek planting in the same month. Once this fantastic parkland is complete we will be hosting a big opening party, so keep an eye out for that.
The Ridge works are finishing up on our final stages. Stage 6 has been lodged for registration with the Land and Registers office. At Stage 7, works are all but finished up, with Glennos still working on final touches to the basin. The landscapers are working through the final detail on Stage 6 before moving over to Stage 7.
