May has been and gone, and what an exciting month it has been! As winter draws closer for another year we have huge progress across the whole of Vista Park.
The sold out Grove Stage 1 & 2 are experiencing a construction boom, every week new residents are moving in and more home sites see construction starting. The Grove Stage 3 is reaching its final shape, the services are almost complete and new roads have been finished. The Grove Stage 4 is coming along at similar pace to Stage 3, bulk earthworks are finished and most of the services are laid.
Over at The Ridge, Stage 6 is at the height of its construction. The bulk earthworks are completed, asphalt has been poured for the rest of Dairy Farm Way and the electrical reticulation has been finished. This month we broke ground on our final Stage of The Ridge - Stage 7 with bulk earthworks commencing now. Keep an eye on progress as we see it transformed to 19 spacious and meticulously presented new home sites.
If you interested in Stage 7, we have a Sales Release on the 3rd of June for The Ridge Stage 7A, which consists of 10 new homes sites. Watch this space for more updates and in the meantime keep warm and keep submitting your Designs to the Design Review Panel!
