Welcome to the Vista Park October Update and what an update it is!
Sheargold are happy to report that our final Stage of The Grove Stage 4 has registered with the Land & Property information office and with that the completion of The Grove Precinct. We look forward to seeing our new residents take ownership of their new home sites and submitting their plans to the Design Review Panel. With the registration of Stage 4 we will be removing the temporary fencing and opening up both Stages 3 & 4 to Wongawilli Road.
As we mentioned last month we are not quite finished in The Grove just yet. Bankbook Park has kicked off and starting to see some great progress with the initial set out underway and new footpaths being poured.
Over at The Ridge, Stage 6 is almost at Practical completion with the finishing touches being made and Smiths Lane has been reopened. Over at Stage 7 the bulk earthworks are complete, and road has been boxed out ready for Kerb with Asphalt being laid in early November. We still anticipate practical completion around mid-December just in time for Christmas.
The Vale Development Application is still progressing through Council, we look forward to updating everyone once the consent is finalised.
