It’s a new season and with it a new Development Manager! Spring has sprung and Vista Park is looking greener than ever. The weather is warmer and dryer making great conditions for construction to progress in leaps and bounds.
Our civil contractors, Glennos, are continuing works on Stage 2 of the Grove with road construction well underway shaping up the area to its near finished form.
Grove stage 3 and 4 starting soon with clearing and bulk earthworks kicking off in the next few days. With almost all the Designs submitted and approved for the sold out Grove stage 1 expect to see construction begin shorty and the community begin to thrive!
Over at the Ridge, stage 5 is nearing completion with the finishing touches being finalised over the coming weeks in preparation for stage 6 to begin. The Western Wetland are almost complete with the planting process having already started to take full advantage of spring.
Keep an eye on Bankbook Park as construction is slated for later this year, bringing together the Grove and Ridge
