The Grove is making good progress towards completion with services installed and asphalt expected in the next two weeks. This will complete our new roads Bankbook Drive, Schoolyard Place, and Godson Way for our purchasers. With the earthworks for the bio-retention basin well underway and the final lot topsoiling occurring as we speak, it's looking like civil construction will be completed this month on target with the construction program. This puts stage 1 in good stead for registration of the new lots in the next few months, good news for the first members of our Grove community!
Up on The Ridge construction of stages 4 and 5 are also progressing well with a few weeks of dry weather. Stage 4 has the majority of services installed and a minor length of road to be completed next month before we expect completion. This month you will also see the post and rail fencing pop up along the ridgeline of stage 4 and making a start on landscape works with driveways along Hayshed Lane.
Another busy month ahead for construction, and if the weather stays on our side, some hopeful news of completions in April.
