We are pleased to report that Stage 1 of The Grove is in its final stages of construction this month despite losing a few days to wet weather. April will see finishing touches to the roads and land parcels as well as the bio-retention basin ready to be planted by our landscaping team.
Meanwhile over at The Ridge, Stage 4 will be completed this month for all civil works and landscaping works. Stage 5 roads are starting this month with earthworks for nearby lots and the wetland basins also underway. You will notice that the post and rail fence has also started along the ridgeline for our Stage 4 buyers whom can look forward to their lots in just a few months if the weather stays clear for construction.
The Design Review Panel has seen some great home designs coming through from our Ridge Stage 3 buyers. We’re looking forward to seeing some new homes coming through for the latest stages as they become available in the coming months.
