May is the month of construction completions!
If you visit Vista Park in the next few weeks you'll notice that each precinct is looking fantastic with the construction completion of Stage 4 The Ridge and Stage 1 The Grove home sites. We are currently seeking Council approval to move on to lodgement of the plan od subdivision at the Land Titles Office. Although the site looks great, there is still two months needed for the authorities to register the plans, so we look forward to getting these titles for you as quickly as we can.
The installation of landscaping for The Ridge Stage 4 and The Grove Stage 1 is also being finalised this month. The Ridge has new street trees and driveway garden beds to complement each site. However, you may notice that no street trees or footpath is being installed within The Grove site. This work has been deliberately put on hold to protect it from the upcoming construction traffic associated with home builds. Once the majority of Stage 1 homes are completed we'll come back and install the street trees and footpath. This will produce a pristine streetscape right as you are ready to move into your new home and complement the landscape designs of your front yard. To help us improve the streetscape, please include your future street tree (one per lot) in your landscape plan that's submitted to the Sheargold's Design Review Panel. This will allow us to keep your preferences in mind when we return to do the work.
