Starting in The Grove with Stage 4A, a limited number of home sites and House & Land Packages will be available on Saturday 13 May. This final Stage in The Grove community will wrap up what has seen to be one of the most sought after new addresses in the Illawarra.
Whilst over on The Ridge, just 5 spacious home sites in Stage 7 will be released on Saturday 20 May, with the last of this final Stage coming in the short future.
