With a fantastic 2016 complete we are now planning and preparing for an even bigger year in 2017.
Kicking off with what’s to come, we will soon be seeing our first ever residents moving into their dream homes. Not that it’s a race – but there are a number of homes under construction in The Ridge and The Grove and we will soon see our first community members kicking their heels up and enjoying the view. Looking further ahead we will see the final stages being released in both The Ridge and The Grove, freeing up more home sites in what is quickly becoming the region’s most prestigious new address.
Stage 4 in The Grove will see just over 20 home sites placed along Wongawilli Road with a selection of House & Land Packages from our hand-picked building partners.
