Sheargold are incredibly proud to bring home an award for our region with Vista Park recently taking out the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Award for Excellence in Land Development Marketing.
Our team really enjoy entertaining and having as much fun as our residents do, so winning an accolade like this is really just encouragement to maintain engagement with our resident and show appreciation for being part of this special place. After all, deciding on settling in a new community is a big decision and it’s our job to make it as fun and memorable as possible.

With only a few home sites available in Vista Park, preparations are well underway on The Vale – a whole new addition to the Vista Park offering, which just achieved its full six level EnviroDevelopment Certification. At this point in time we anticipate construction for The Vale to commence in May 2018 with the first release in The Vale expected in March 2018. Please note these dates may change and we will publish any further updates to this.
At the beginning of August we hosted residents of The Grove Stage 3 for an afternoon in the sunshine, meeting neighbours, wandering around the new streets and having some fun with the super soakers. And soon we will be hosting Stage 4, the final stage in The Grove so stay tuned for announcements on dates for this neighbourhood event. If you have missed out on these events in the past or simply want to meet more of the community we do have plans on hosting a neighbourhood event for all of The Grove in the near future.
