After all of the home sites in Stage 2 of The Grove were secured over the Sales Release back in August, our development team have been working hard to make available more home sites in The Grove.
And coming Saturday 29 October is Stage 3 – Parkview. A limited and premium offering of 6 home sites directly opposite the future Bankbook Park. With uninterrupted views of the escarpment in what is proven to be one of the most sought after communities in the Illawarra, these level and beautifully presented home sites will not last long.
Meanwhile developments are underway to unlock the rest of The Grove Stage 3 which will be on offer before the end of 2016. We will have available a number of House & Land Packages available for you from our hand-picked building partners to give you the flexibility and convenience of calling Vista Park home.
On Saturday 12 November the long awaited Stage 6 of The Ridge will be released, so be sure to lock in the date. Heading up the ridgeline from Stage 5 along Dairy Farm Way, Stage 6 is at the crest of the hill with wonderful views of the Escarpment and even Lake Illawarra. In true Ridge tradition, these spacious, fully serviced home sites will be immaculately presented and framed within traditional post and rail fencing. Further information regarding this release on The Ridge will be available soon.
