What an end to a fantastic year at Vista Park, with 3 Sales Releases over the last 2 months to finish off, and plenty of thrilled new residents claiming their home sites throughout The Ridge and Grove.
This time last year the only thing standing, apart from The Coral Vale Homestead, was the post and rail fencing for The Ridge Stage 3. Today, we now have at least half a dozen large homes being constructed in The Ridge, with plenty more on the way.
In 2016 an entirely new community (The Grove) was born. Streets emerged and homes flourished with more than a dozen homes currently under construction and at least 1 fully finished and ready to move in!
What we took the most pleasure in throughout the year was watching and assisting and guiding our Vista Park community in finding a home site to suit them. Joining what is becoming recognised as the region’s most prestigious neighbourhoods, and what it means to individuals and families is what drives us. And we can’t wait to do it all again next year!
Expect to see in 2017 – another all-new community still to come, Display Homes, Parklands under construction and plenty of happy home owners moving in!
