To be eligible you must have exchanged contracts on a home site at The Grove, Vista Park before 5:00pm December 14, 2016. Submissions will be judged on their creative and original merit, with 1 (one) winner announced on Friday 16 December 2016.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligible only to those who have Exchanged on a home site in The Grove, Vista Park before 5:00pm AEDT 14 December, 2016.
2. Submissions must be emailed to mail@sheargoldgroup.com by 5:00pm AEDT 14 December, 2016. They must also include the name of the purchaser the lot number on which you have exchanged contracts.
3. Sheargold Senior Management will award one winner on the basis of creativity and originality. The more images and detail the better the chance you have to win.
4. Winner will be announced Friday 16 December 2016 and will be contacted directly. Announcement will be made to Vista Park database and all entrants will be informed.
5. As a condition of entering the competition the winning applicant consents to Sheargold using their photos, text and any other material submitted in promotional activity for Vista Park. Promotional activity includes (but is not limited to) Media Releases, posts on social media and inclusion in point of sales material or print advertising. The winner will have their submission posted onto the Vista Park Facebook page.
6. Winner can choose from 1 (one) x of the following options
1. $2,000 Landscaping voucher. Redeemable from the time you receive your Occupation Certificate of your home, valid for 6 months.
2. A year’s supply of movie tickets for you and a friend (52 weeks x 2 people = 104 HOYTS Movie tickets)
3. $2,000 Freedom Furniture Voucher
7. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
8. Limited to one entry per exchanged contract.

1. Any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission or communications line failure that may result in a participant’s entry not being properly submitted, received or processed,
