Vista Park is the Sheargold Group’s largest development project – in terms of the number of proposed homesites – since its development of Cordeaux Heights.
Vista Park will provide the opportunity for over 450 families to live in a new community, designed to provide a mix of dwelling types ranging from integrated terrace-style homes, conventional family home allotments through to fully serviced ½ acre homesites; master planned to harmonise with the nature of the existing village and rural/residential acreages plus the adjacent Illawarra escarpment.
The Sheargold Group has voluntarily entered into a number of statutory planning agreements to enable essential infrastructure to be delivered “up-front” in order to provide new residents with the benefit of these facilities on occupation of their new family home.
The Infrastructure will include the reconstruction of Smiths Lane including a flood-free access bridge. The creek systems to the west of Smiths Lane will be regenerated and dedicated back to the community as public open space.
The parkland will incorporate the heritage listed fig trees. We look forward to bringing you more news in the near future.
