Stage 1 will include 39 low density residential lots (zoned R2) ranging from 450 to 650 square metres and one medium density site. We anticipate construction will take roughly 6 months with the lots being registered in the second quarter of next year.
We will provide more updates on the construction of this stage in the coming months.
I look forward to bringing the Grove online to offer some more affordable parcels in to Vista Park. This will complement the half acre lots of The Ridge. More details on The Ridge shortly..
