With Christmas approaching, we have seen construction finish up and a tidy of the site.
The road pavement of Smiths Lane (photo) is being built up to meet a smooth transition onto the new bridge to come next year.
The banks along the future Hayshed Lane have been sprayed with a green hydromulch seeding. The quick grass cover will stabilise the banks; landscaping works will improve this even further in the New Year.
The Telstra switch-over was completed two weeks ago, transferring users to the new line running through The Ridge. Thank you to our neighbours on Spring Hill Lane and Vista Parkway for their patience during this connection.
In the New Year we will see new asphalt, and the commencement of the new Smiths Lane Bridge. I look forward to delivering some quality infrastructure and fantastic lots for sale in 2015.
