April has been a much better month than the last! The weather finally broke and allowed some great progress for both the Ridge and the Grove and we all enjoyed a 4 day weekend over the Easter break, we hope everyone is feeling as refreshed as we are.
Over at The Ridge Stage 6, sewer reticulation is continuing and the earthworks are well underway. The roadworks have started with great progress being made as the final half of Dairy Farm Way is shaped and boxed out. Our newest residents at Stage 5 have taken possession of their home sites and we expect new to see new homes start construction soon.
The Grove Stage 3 & 4 has seen major progress as the earthworks and replacement of topsoil is almost finalised, and the water and sewer reticulation continues. The break in the weather has allowed the roads to be sealed for Grove Stage 3.
Across the site, the Smiths lane upgrade continues to make progress, and we see the first new homes under construction for Stage 2 of The Grove!
This month has been the almost complete opposite of last month, with some great progress made across the whole of Vista Park. Let’s hope the great weather continues, till next month.
