It's great to see the sun out this week after quite a few wet days slowing us down recently.
The Grove Stage 2 construction continues with bulk earthworks and topsoil now completed on the home sites. Road drainage is currently being installed before we move on to road construction. Congratulations to all of our new Grove community purchasers who were successful with our Stage 2 release last week!
At The Ridge, we are through the bulk of Stage 5 construction which has been impacted by the rains given the creek and wetland works which are so exposed to the elements. However, the large culvert and new basins for the 'Western Wetlands' have taken shape and planting is due just in time for spring next month.
During construction it can be hard to tell just how good the wetlands will look. Here you can see a current aerial shot and an artists impression at completion to give an idea of what native planting will do to the inspired spaces for the Vista Park community.
Stage 5 purchasers will particularly get the amenity from these areas with some of the current lots available being nestled between the wetlands and along the creek corridors. These will only improve for years to come as we maintain the planting to help the environment take back the creeks and wetlands.
The upcoming two months will see some big steps towards construction completion so keep an eye on our future newsletters for the good news.
