This is the August update for Vista Park and our final month of Winter!
At The Grove construction of homes is still booming across our sold out stages of Stage 1 & 2, whilst Stage 3 had just achieved Registration! Meanwhile in Stage 4 of The Grove has reached Practical Completion status and we expect to lodge for the subdivision certificate application with Wollongong City Council this month, meaning we are on track to register Stage 4 in October 2017.
Over on The Ridge, Stage 6 continues to make good progress, this month the swale driveway access for the home sites is being formed up and getting ready to be poured. Works have finally began on Stage 7, with our civil contractor (Glennos) and landscape contractor (RK Evans) continuing their great work to complete the final stage of The Ridge.
