It’s a new year and work has started up again with the project team returning to Vista Park following a good holiday break.
Construction on Stage 3 and 4 of The Grove have continued with most of the bulk earthworks complete and now gearing up for the services to start being laid.
The Ridge is also back into the full swing of construction, with Stage 6 starting to shape up as earthworks continue. Keep any eye out as our next stages continue to progress.
Stage 5 of The Ridge and stage 2 of The Grove have both been lodged with the Land Titles office for registration and despite some unfortunate, unexpected and unavoidable delays we expect these home sites will be in the hands of their excited new owners very soon.
As we move into the last month of summer we expect hot and dry conditions, meaning progress will keep steaming along! Check back next month for the next development update. Looking forward to a great 2017!
