Its update time of the month again! Welcome to the July update for Vista Park.
Jumping straight into The Grove we continue to see a construction boom across our sold out stages of Stage 1 & 2. Residents of Stage 3 will be happy to hear we have lodged for subdivision certificate with Wollongong City Council and we are anxiously awaiting its approval. The Grove stage 4 is only a few short weeks behind Stage 3 and we expect to lodge for subdivision certificate next month.
Over at the Ridge Stage 6 continues to push along, The road has been sealed and sewer construction is almost complete, driveways are expected to begin shortly. Stage 6 is getting closer to Practical Completion with only a few short months of the program left.
As you will have noticed the upgrade of Smiths Lane has been ongoing for a few months, we are happy to announce we have finished the first section and reopened Vista Park on Smiths Lane. A second upgrade is still ongoing for the residents of The Ridge Stages 4,5 & 6.
We hope to have some exciting new for all residents of Vista Park next month, so watch this space.
