June is here which means Winter has come!
The Grove precinct is exploding with activity. Every week new homes are either starting or finishing with community member moving in! Stage 3 and 4 are almost finished with only a few weeks left of construction. At this rate we hope to have practical completion by the first week July. Stage 4 is the last for The Grove so make sure you head to our sales office and speak the team for any additional information.
Over at The Ridge Stage 6 is progressing nicely, the sewer lines are under construction and the new road works has been sealed. Works along Smiths Lane are starting to pick up pace as we upgrade the road for existing and future residents. We'll soon divert traffic through Stage 6 to allow for the Smiths Lane road upgrade with Stage 6 completion slated for later this year.
This month we are happy to announce that the development application for The Vale Precinct has been lodged with Wollongong City Council. We are working closely with council to ensure a smooth DA process. Keep an eye out for news about Vista Park's coming addition!
