Welcome to our penultimate development update for the year!
As mentioned in last month’s update, the entire Grove community is registered. We've already seen a number of new home sites kick off their construction and we look forward to seeing more homes in The Grove. There is still some minor landscape works to follow in the coming months as more homes reach completion including footpath and street trees installation.
The Grove Parkland is in its second month of construction, the paths and kerbs have been poured and the site has really started to take shape. The restoration of the mining artefacts is well underway and we expect to see them on site early next year. The final few weeks of the year will see the park planted out and new fencing installed.
Over at The Ridge, Stage 6 has reached practical completion and we anticipate lodging for subdivision certificate with Wollongong city council in the coming weeks. Stage 7 of The Ridge is coming along in leaps and bounds as the roads have been sealed and the final services are being installed. We anticipate practical completion around mid-December just in time for the Christmas break.
At this stage we have no further update on the Vale or Lot 129 other than they are both still progressing through council.
