Throughout June construction has made great headway to completion with the roads of The Ridge accepting asphalt and landscape planting fully underway. These top dressing items have improved the presentation of the site and will give the landscape works a chance to settle in before we place the lots on the market in the coming weeks!
The bridge deck is now complete and allows for the last connection of water and electrical services across to the new home sites. Smiths Lane will be finished in July; linking the bridge and our Coral Vale Homestead sales and information centre over to this first release area.
In order to completely finalise the first stage of construction the next 3-4 weeks will see the finalising of the roads and landscape planting as well as the installation of our place making signage. The Ridge, Coral Vale, and the Vista Park entry statements are on their way, formalising our first precinct and creating our new inspiring spaces.
