Construction underway for Stage 4 and 5 of The Ridge!
The New Year has started quickly with the construction of two new stages adding to The Ridge precinct. Stage 4 has very little work to finish before being completed with NBN and electrical already installed and sewer and water underway. We hope that construction will be completed in the next two months.
Stage 5 construction will include some large stormwater basins we call the Western Wetlands, a bigger version of the ponds installed on Stage 3. These will be linked by the creek side footpath that runs right up The Ridge. Construction of this stage will take a few more months but will see another 13 lots available to you in the next few weeks.
As far as existing construction, The Grove Stage 1 will have road construction starting this week (weather permitting). One of the major items to remain is the bio-retention basin which will start construction in the coming weeks and add more greenery to the area.
