Prior to the Sales Release Day (Saturday 17 June, 2017)
We encourage you to make an inspection (by appointment only) prior to the Sales Release Day. Inspection arrangements and conditions:
1.Inspections are strictly by appointments to be made in advance by contact through the Vista Park Sales & Information Centre – Ph. (02) 4261-5555.
2.Inspection appointments will be available on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays after 4:30pm, Saturdays after 12:30pm & Sundays 10:00am to 5:00pm. Inspections cannot be conducted during the earthworks & drainage contractors’ operational hours.
3.All inspections must be conducted in the presence of the Agent & entry to the Stage 4 site is only available from Bankbook Drive, adjacent to the heritage listed Figtree in Bankbook Park.
4.Parties inspecting the site must wear closed-in footwear – thongs & open sandals are not suitable – and children under 16 years of age will not be permitted on the site.
5.Inspections may be conducted with groups of prospective buyers up to a maximum of 8 persons.
You are encouraged to meet with your solicitor to review the sales contract documentation to provide you with independent advice prior to the Sales Release Day. We also strongly recommend that you prepare any necessary financial approvals to avoid disappointment and missing any opportunities as we are not in a position to extend the exchange of contract period.
The Sales Release Process
1. At 8:00pm AEST Wednesday 14 June 2017 an email will be dispatched containing a unique link to request an appointment for the Sales Release Day.
2. Simply click on the link within the email and follow the prompts to submit your appointment request.
3. On the following day, Thursday 15 June, our agents will contact you in the order which the requests were received to determine the order of sales.
4. You will be required to attend your confirmed appointment on the Sales Release Day to make your selection from the home sites available.
Please Note: If you are not in attendance or are not ready to make a selection when you have the opportunity then your position will be passed on to the next candidate.
During your appointment on the Sales Release Day:
Prospective Land Buyers will be dealt with on the sales release day in the order in which they sought a Sales Appointment & as advised by the Agent.
Our agents will provide copy of the Sales Note to you & your solicitors with a covering letter. Shearold's solicitors will then issue a copy of the full contract to your solicitors.
Settlement will be required 14 days after Sheargold’s solicitors advise your solicitor that the Plan of Subdivision has been registered.
