Welcome to the August update for Vista Park and our final month of winter!
With Spring just around the corner, we are seeing more homes finished in The Grove than ever.
The Grove Park is finished, and we expect to be able to finally open it in the coming weeks, final inspections have been completed and we anxiously await the sign off from council. Keep an eye out for an official opening event later in the year!
Stage 7 of The Ridge has finished up, we are looking to lodge the subdivision certificate next week with council and moving forward to registration shortly thereafter.
Our landscape contractors have been working away in the creek between The Grove and The Ridge, restoring it with Australian Natives and low-lying grasses.
