The Vale is the third and final neighbourhood in the exclusive and flourishing Vista Park community and boasts elevated home sites with escarpment views, generous 15m wide frontages and heritage inspired design features. The Vale Design Guidelines have been formulated to ensure The Vale is a high quality, comfortable and sustainable community while being sympathetic and complements the heritage value of the Coral Vale Homestead historic site.
The Vale takes its name from Coral Vale Homestead - the very heart of Vista Park. The Homestead, the adjacent dairy and large curtilage has been retained and carefully restored to respect and preserve its prominence within the local area. The Homestead currently houses the Vista Park Sales & Information Centre and the adjacent dairy is now home to Smiths Ln Dairy - a new but already much loved eatery, general store and garden. Little Zak's Academy is a state-of-the-art addition to the Homestead precinct - the perfect place for the younger members of the Vista Park community!
The Vale has been carefully designed to protect the environment and use resources responsibly. As a result, The Vale has awarded six leaves under the EnviroDevelopment branding system.
Stages 1, 2 and 3 of The Vale have already registered and construction of new homes is well underway in each of those Stages. We anticipate Stages 4, 5 and 6 will register later in 2023. The latest updates, direct from our Development Manager, are available here.
Once complete, The Vale will include 190 home sites ranging in size from 450m2 to 912m2 with access to services including natural gas and NBN. The vast majority of home sites in The Vale are nearly level and suitable for cost effective slab on ground construction.
