After a two year break the Vista Park Community Gardening Competition is back! We are excited to see how previous entrants’ gardens have matured and all the newly established gardens.
Smiths Ln Dairy played host to the youngest members of the Vista Park community this month with Storytime sessions presented by Heather Boardman (nee Smith). Heather is a direct descendant of William Smith, the original “Coral Vale” farmer and namesake of Smiths Ln Dairy.
As Bankbook Terraces are now at lock up, buyers have been able to inspect the Terraces and get a feel for their new homes.
The Final Countdown is on! We have started releasing the last of the Vale home sites which will be last at Vista Park.
Over the years we have watched many families design and build their dream homes at Vista Park, but we really only get to see part of that journey. It was good to see you all at the Vista Park Christmas party last month! We are looking forward to another busy year. From the Homestead you would've noticed more and more home sites under construction at The Vale. Soon enough we will have new residents moving into their new homes and joining our thriving community.
GJ Gardner have applied all the final touches to the House that Convoy Built in readiness for the auction on 4 December 2021.
The winning bidder will get an architecturally designed house including a range of furnishings, security system, air conditioning, accessories and much more, not to mention the satisfaction of supporting a good cause.
Construction continues at Vista Park. If you head east on Roy Sheargold Avenue, you'll notice the accumulation of drainage pipes and pits at The Vale Stages 2&3 ready for installation and some already in the ground.
Construction is back up and running at Vista Park after a couple of disruptive months. At The Vale Stages 2 and 3, Glennos, our head contractor is progressing with drainage works as more pipes arrives on site from the manufacturer, Humes. Bulk earthworks within the wetland areas are also underway.
We are incredibly excited to announce and introduce everyone to the Smiths Lane Dairy and its operators, Terence and Angus!
The heritage listed dairy sheds up near the Coral Vale Homestead had some minor renovation works done to them back in 2015 and is now well and truly underway to totally repurpose this space into a history inspired eatery, general store and garden.

The last month has seen construction at The Vale Stage 1 inch closer to practical completion all thanks to the hard work of the construction team and some favourable weather.
