Welcome to the February 2020 update for Vista Park!
Adding to what has already been a busy and exciting year, civil works have commenced at The Vale Stage 1 and The Grove Townhouses are due to start in the coming weeks. The Vale Stage 1 will see the addition of 33 homesites to Vista Park in what is sure to be another spectacular subdivision. Furthermore, The Grove Townhouses will add to the diversity of product that makes up the Vista Park community and showcase how built form can add to the character of a local community.
The Vista Park team are also elated to hear that as of Thursday 13th of February and following much-needed rain, the RFS has reported that all bushfires in New South Wales have been brought under control. While Vista Park had no bushfires, the South Coast and regional NSW were particularly impacted and can now focus on rebuilding and recovering.
