Welcome to the July 2021 edition for Vista Park!
The Vale Stage 1 has registered - well done to the entire project team for a fantastic job and huge congratulations to the owners of the new 33 homesites. We look forward to reviewing their home designs in line with The Vale Design Guidelines and observing dwelling construction in the near future.
In an eventful month at Vista Park we have also received subdivision works certificate for The Vale Stage 2 & 3. This allows us to proceed full steam ahead with the subdivision works including drainage, roads, retaining walls and water quality ponds in addition to the already commenced sewer construction. It will be another busy period for the delivery team as we look to create even more new homesites.
The Grove Town Houses is a hive of activity. There has been significant internal progress within the new homes including electrical fit out, ceilings, stairs, gyprock and kitchen installation. We look forward to the next round of purchaser inspections scheduled in August and subject to Covid restrictions. The delivery team is also gearing up to commence Bankbook Terraces which sold out in its first weekend of release.
At the Homestead, the childcare construction has most of its iconic curved roofs installed which take inspiration from the old haybarn built in the late1800s. The haybarn comprised of a former Quonset building which was adapted and raised as its roof structure. The café will be located in an adaptive reuse of the old dairy shed and retains much of its heritage characteristics.
That's all for now - see you at the August 2021 Vista Park update!
