Welcome to the March 2021 edition for Vista Park!
With any luck and some continued hard work from the contractor team the month of April should see us virtually complete. Landscape works are progressing with 200L Lilly Pilly (Waterhousea floribunda) street trees delivered to site and ready for installation. Soon we will have new residents joining the Vista Park community not just in stages 1 but also Stages 2 and 3 which already have bulk earthworks complete and will commence the roadworks and drainage construction and services installation soon. These next two stages will add a further 47 and 26 homesites respectively to the Vista Park community.
The Grove Town Houses have also continued to progress at a steady pace. All frames barring two have been installed, while half of the dwellings have had their brickwork completed. The next stage will be to put the roofs on the dwellings, which should be finalised by end of April.
