The annual Community Christmas Party is done for another year and we thank all our residents, purchasers and locals for making it a great afternoon. We hope you all had a fun afternoon in the sun and got to meet more new neighbours in your flourishing community.
Congratulations to the winners of the first Vista Park Gardening Competition and thank you to all of those who entered. The competition was running hot, with some incredible entries and thanks to our guest judge John Gabriele from ABC Radio Illawarra for his difficult job in deciding the winners. If you missed taking out a title, then there is always next year. The 2018 winners are:

2019 is shaping up to be a big year ahead at Vista Park with the launch of The Vale finally being made available and we look forward to sharing with you more details of this whole new addition to Vista Park very early in 2019.
We will also be soon announcing a new style of offering in 2019 in Stage 1 of The Grove, on home site 129. As you may have learned through our recent Development Manager’s Updates, a series of 10 architecturally designed villas will be made available.
