The satisfaction of seeing our residents move into their new home at Vista Park never wears off and there is one group we are especially excited to welcome to this community – The House That Convoy Built.
A while back Sheargold generously donated a home site in The Grove to the Illawarra Community Foundation, the good folks behind the infamous Illawarra Convoy, and coordinated by the (almost as infamous) Dundaloo Boys. The vision is to build a house for auction with proceeds going to the foundation, with many local trades getting behind this great initiative.
As early as March we are likely to see work on this beautiful new home commence and we cannot wait to share its journey with you.
Meanwhile over in The Vale, we are delighted to announce that construction has commenced for Stage 1, AND The Grove Town Houses will commence construction in the coming months also.
