Congratulations to those who secured one of the last remaining home sites in The Ridge on the recent sales release day, as we extend a warm welcome to these newest additions to the Vista Park community.
Stage 7 B is the final release in The Ridge, an incredibly unique community to the Illawarra region with expansive semi-rural home sites with plenty of historic charm. There will be no further home sites like these developed at Vista Park and we expect the last few positions to join this small prestigious community to be secured soon.
Residents lucky enough to have already moved into Vista Park may have noticed our new decorations around the Coral Vale Homestead. We recently installed hundreds of fairy lights into the fig tree’s just nearby the Homestead and have placed some illumination on the heritage listed silo nearby also. These rare heritage items now have the attention they deserve and observable from almost everywhere at Vista Park.
