The Illawarra has added yet another reason why people are calling our beautiful region home, with Vista Park taking out the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Award for Excellence in Land Development Marketing.
The state-wide award recognised the creative and innovative approach adopted by the Vista Park team mixed with strong branding and appreciation of the market.

We also need to thank the broader project team as well as Vista Park residents who have embraced the vision and community building approach we have strived to deliver.” said Michael Sheargold, Managing Director of Sheargold, the developer behind Vista Park.
And there certainly is no shortage of fun being had with residents and followers of the Vista Park community. Monthly video updates of the project using a professional-grade drone, handing out virtual reality goggles showing 360 progress images, John Deere ride on mower giveaways, and super soakers for kids to find water activated art installations around the community.
