We are very excited to soon be officially welcoming the first ever community members to The Vale, with Stage 1 residents expected to take ownership of their finished home sites in the coming weeks. And what great timing, as the all-new Childcare Centre and Café are expected to be open by the time the first homes in The Vale are complete!
Meanwhile over in The Grove, Bankbook Terraces was recently released and what a reception it received! All Terraces were secured by purchasers in record time on sales release day. Congratulations to those purchasers and we look forward to tracking the build of Bankbook Terraces and welcoming you to the broader Vista Park community.
Have you visited our recently installed Street Library at Coral Vale Homestead? The Sheargold staff have collated a mini library of books to donate and will soon be delivering them to the Vista Park Street Library, which has now registered on the Street Library Australia website!
