Welcome to the August 2023 update!
With stage 4 settlements now well and truly complete, The Vale is welcoming a host of new residents to the community. We are also pleased to announce that the wetlands adjacent to this stage has now reached practical completion, meaning this stage is entirely closed out.
All buyers of home sites in Stage 4 are invited to a Neighbourhood Meet & Greet on 16 September. If you are one of those buyers and you haven’t received an invite, please get in touch with us.
This month has been a very significant month for Stages 5 and 6 of The Vale! The team is pleased to announce that we have achieved practical completion on both stages! The team will now be working towards ensuring that we register both stages in the coming month or so, with settlements to occur shortly after. The achievement of practical completion on Stages 5 and 6 marks one of the last significant milestones on the entire Vista Park journey, and we are so excited to see the whole of The Vale precinct on the home stretch!
