Welcome to the June 2023 update!
We are happy to announce that another stage has registered! Thanks for the delivery team for a job well done and congratulations to the soon to be owners – Welcome to Vista Park! We won’t be resting on our laurels though as there is still some work to do on the wetlands and adjacent heritage interpretation area. This works is expected to be complete by mid to late August. Although the journey to this significant milestone is always unique, the feeling of excitement tends to be the same.
The month of June has been a favourable one for our delivery team. Since our last update all service installations have been completed on Stage 5 and well progressed in Stage 6. We also have a brand new roundabout at the intersection of Tharawal Drive, Knapp Crescent and Biggar Street, plus some new footpaths along the formed roads. It won’t be long before the new roads receive a layer asphalt to complete the process. Over at the northern creek-line, the team has installed almost 1,000 trees and over 150,000 scrubs, groundcovers and grasses.
