Welcome to November 2023 update!
And just like that, after an incredible journey dating back to the 2002, the final stages of the Vista Park master planned community have been officially registered. Our presold home sites at Stage 5 and 6 of the Vale are due to settle in December but there is still an opportunity to buy one of the few available lots left and call Vista Park “Home”. A big thank you to everyone who has helped guide the creation of this community, most of all our residents – we look forward to seeing you all at this year's Christmas Party!
