Welcome to the October 2023 update!
This is it ... the home stretch. We have lodged a subdivision certificate application for Stages 5 and 6 with Wollongong City Council and we expect registration (and maybe even settlements) to occur before the next update...we’re that close! The completion of two final stages of The Vale marks the end of a wonderful journey here at Vista Park, which Sheargold is very proud of. We hope that the community we have built brings you as much joy to live in as it did for us to develop it!
