Streetscape Incentive Plan - 1st Instalment

1st Instalment: $3,000

Construction Completion

In order to successfully claim the first instalment of the Streetscape Incentive you must:

Comply with the covenants and observe the restrictions that are registered on the use of your lot (including the Design Guidelines).
Have sought and obtained our approval of your design plans before having sought Council and/or private certifier development approval.
Complete construction of your home (in accordance with the design plans approved by us) within 30 months of completion your purchase of your home site.
Landscape your home site (not just your front garden) in accordance wieht the design plans approved by us within 5 weeks of receiving an occupation certificate for your home (interim or final, whichever is the earlier).
Maintain the street verge and kerb and gutter at the front or your home site.
Submit a completed application form to us within 5 weeks of receiving an occupation certificate for your home (interim or final, whichever is the earlier).

We will endeavour to assess your application within one week of you submitting it. A member of our team may request further information from you or conduct an inspection of your home site to verify your application and to ensure that you are eligible for the first instalment of the Streetscape Incentive. Once we confirm that you are eligible, we will pay that instalment to you the following week.

I/we believe that we have satisfied all the requirements of the Design Guidelines and Deed of Covenant (DoC) for the above mentioned lot. These requirements have been met within the timeframes specified in the DoC.

I/we now request payment of the 1st Instalment: Construction Completion of $3,000.

Payment Information

I have attached sufficient photographs of the front of the dwelling (showing fencing, landscaping, driveway, street kerb and gutter, and dwelling) as viewed from the street to demonstrate compliance of my completed work.

I request an inspection of the property to be undertaken by Sheargold or their agents.

I have attached a copy of my Occupation Certificate.
