Construction is continuing on the Grove Stage 1 this month with bulk earthworks and road platforms nearing completion.
These home sites have a very flat profile and will be perfect for slab on ground homes when the home sites are registered next year.
The road platforms have also been filled to finish level and ready to install the underground services. Pictured here you can see the hundreds of storm water pipes that will be laid to service our 40 lots – over one kilometre of pipe for this stage alone.
Next month we’ll see the storm water installation as well as other services like sewer and water making a start. The lots are just starting to take shape in time for our Grove Stage 1 land release in the coming weeks.
