As registration of Stage 4 is drawing (very) close, we have erected ‘For Sale’ signs on those couple of home sites that are still available. The ‘For Sale’ signs include a QR code that you can scan with your phone to get detailed information, including size, frontage, and price.
For those of you who have purchased home sites in Stage 4, this is the time to get your finances ready for settlement of your purchase (which will be 21 days after registration). The other thing you can do to ensure you can start building as soon as possible is to ensure your home design complies with The Vale Design Guidelines and that your builder has applied for and obtained design approval for your home design.
If you haven’t yet engaged a builder you can look at our house and land packages to get an idea of which designs and builders fit with what you have in mind for your new home.
