As part of Sheargold’s philosophy of creating inspiring spaces we have received approval for a proposed 75 place childcare centre at the Vista Park community in Wongawilli. This unique centre is heritage inspired and based on the old QANSET barns that used to sit on the site before the had to be demolished due to structural issues. The childcare centre will be co-located with a proposed Café on a landscaped 1.2Ha rural inspired parcel of land located conveniently in the centre of Vista Park, which is currently at 50% completion, with over 500 residents already ‘living the life’. It should also be noted that there is a neighbouring estate currently being developed which is estimated to cater to a further 600+ residents. Total catchment for the area exceeds 10,000 residents.
It is anticipated that the centre will be available for lease commencing late 2020. Sheargold are currently calling for Expressions of Interest for operators to lease the centre who share our passion for creating communities.
